Stakeholders’ Participatory Framework in Rice Agribusiness

Objective – The purpose of this paper is to investigate the ways rice producers work with other stakeholders maximize business potential agribusiness by identifying problems, suggesting solutions, and developing a stakeholders’ participatory framework as guideline tool for implementation. Methodology/Technique We conducted mixed method qualitative quantitative research, which was structured in accordance processes. First, we identified underlying problem from supply side through interview producer retail observation; demand assessing consumer preference focus group discussion followed survey 396 respondents using conjoint analysis. Then, held dialogue involving 56 farmers 17 cooperative employees. Findings This research key way they participate 3 areas agribusiness, i.e., production, skill knowledge, marketing strategy position authentic characteristics Pandan Wangi West Java, Indonesia Geographical Indication certification signal quality its target market. Novelty contributes different approach focusing on specific area participation category. Type Paper: Empirical.
